LVMH HRIS Project Assistant

- Ensure the effective use of the Talent Management tool across the Group on a global scale.
- Guarantee adherence to and proper updating of HR management processes within the tool, providing quality support post-implementation.
- Provide daily operational support to the Group's HR users, ensuring the Core HR module functions correctly, including maintenance, support ticket resolution, and technological updates.
- Participate in internal HR projects, conduct training sessions for internal clients within Maisons/Divisions, and contribute to the knowledge base.
- Ensure the reporting module on the platform functions correctly and is used effectively by stakeholders.
- Maintain the security level of platform access roles.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in HR/HRIS (Master 1 or 2).
- Knowledge of HR administration on an HRIS tool is a plus.
- Experience with employee data, positions, and/or organizational charts.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Open Office.
- Strong writing skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Interest in HR data and Information Systems.
- Responsive, methodical, and attentive with a cross-functional vision and ability to work in a team.
Entry-level, suitable for beginners.
Master's degree in progress in HR/HRIS.
