- Manage day-to-day activities for Learning Management platforms and HR internal communication platforms.
- Plan and execute projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Monitor ongoing projects and activities, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
- Prepare and track budgets, ensuring financial accountability.
- Build and engage end-user communities across maisons, divisions, and regions.
- Manage change and adoption activities to ensure smooth transitions.
- Nurture partnerships with IT and foster innovation.
- Manage stakeholders from various functions and geographies to ensure cohesive collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing Talent Acquisition, Learning, or internal mobility processes or products.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems, specifically 360Learning and Teach On Mars.
- Experience with internal communication platforms like Inside and Share.
- Experience with Talent Acquisition Systems, Talent Marketplaces, and Skills Management Platforms.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data, particularly in talent acquisition and skills management.
- Relevant experience in France and overseas.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting related to HR.
Minimum of 5 years managing Talent Acquisition, Learning, or internal mobility processes or products.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
