1. Manage day-to-day activities for Learning Management platforms and HR internal communication platforms.
2. Plan and execute projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
3. Monitor ongoing projects and activities, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
4. Prepare and track budgets, ensuring financial accountability.
5. Build and engage end-user communities across maisons, divisions, and regions.
6. Manage change and adoption activities to ensure smooth transitions.
7. Nurture partnerships with IT and foster innovation.
8. Manage stakeholders from various functions and geographies to ensure cohesive collaboration.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience managing Talent Acquisition, Learning, or internal mobility processes or products.
3. Experience with Learning Management Systems, specifically 360Learning and Teach On Mars.
4. Experience with internal communication platforms like Inside and Share.
5. Experience with Talent Acquisition Systems, Talent Marketplaces, and Skills Management Platforms.
6. Strong understanding of HR processes and data, particularly in talent acquisition and skills management.
7. Relevant experience in France and overseas.

5. Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
6. Experience with data analytics and reporting related to HR.

Minimum of 5 years managing Talent Acquisition, Learning, or internal mobility processes or products.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
