LVMH HR Reporting Intern

1. Consolidate and ensure the reliability of non-financial KPIs for monthly and annual reports.
2. Communicate and create materials for various stakeholders including the Executive Committee, HR Directors, Maisons, and Top Management.
3. Produce workforce analyses for LVMH HR and Business Leaders, as well as ad hoc analyses.
4. Create dashboards for data visualization.
5. Manage the indicator database comprising 30 monthly and over 100 annual indicators.
6. Ensure the proper functioning of the reporting tool.
7. Participate in optimization and development projects for reporting tools.
8. Support and assist the HR Reporting community of over 1,000 members.
9. Develop and produce materials to aid, raise awareness, and train contributors on various topics.
10. Conduct webinars and training sessions for the HR Reporting community.
11. Manage contributor requests.
12. Leverage HR data to analyze trends that inform decision-making.

1. Master's degree or equivalent in business school or university.
2. Interest in HR data topics.

1. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
3. Demonstrated rigor, curiosity, and listening skills.
4. Critical thinking and organizational abilities.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Master's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
