LVMH HR Reporting Intern

1. Consolidate and ensure the reliability of non-financial KPIs for monthly and annual reports.
2. Communicate and create materials for various stakeholders, including the Executive Committee, HR Directors, Maisons, and Top Management.
3. Produce workforce analyses for HR and Business Leaders within LVMH, along with ad hoc analyses.
4. Develop dashboards for data visualization.
5. Manage the indicator database, ensuring the smooth operation of reporting tools.
6. Participate in projects aimed at optimizing and evolving reporting tools.
7. Support and assist the HR Reporting community of over 1,000 members.
8. Create and produce materials to aid, raise awareness, and train contributors on various topics.
9. Conduct webinars and training sessions for the HR Reporting community.
10. Handle contributor requests.
11. Utilize HR data to analyze trends that inform decision-making.

1. Master's degree or equivalent in Business School or University.
2. Interest in HR Data topics.

1. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
2. Excellent written and oral proficiency in both English and French.
3. Demonstrates rigor, curiosity, and attentiveness.
4. Critical thinking, organizational skills, and teamwork capabilities.
5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Beginner level experience is required.

Master's degree or equivalent in Business School or University.
