LVMH HR Reporting Intern

- Consolidate and ensure the reliability of non-financial KPIs for monthly and annual reports.
- Communicate and create materials for various stakeholders, including the Executive Committee, HR Directors, Maisons, and Top Management.
- Produce workforce analyses for HR and Business Leaders within LVMH, along with ad hoc analyses.
- Develop dashboards for data visualization.
- Manage the indicator database, ensuring the smooth operation of reporting tools.
- Participate in projects aimed at optimizing and evolving reporting tools.
- Support and assist the HR Reporting community of over 1,000 members.
- Create and produce materials to aid, raise awareness, and train contributors on various topics.
- Conduct webinars and training sessions for the HR Reporting community.
- Handle contributor requests.
- Utilize HR data to analyze trends that inform decision-making.
- Master's degree or equivalent in Business School or University.
- Interest in HR Data topics.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
- Excellent written and oral proficiency in both English and French.
- Demonstrates rigor, curiosity, and attentiveness.
- Critical thinking, organizational skills, and teamwork capabilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Beginner level experience is required.
Master's degree or equivalent in Business School or University.
