LVMH HR Reporting Intern

- Consolidate and ensure the reliability of non-financial KPIs for monthly and annual reports.
- Communicate and create materials for various stakeholders, including the Executive Committee, HR Directors, Maisons, and Top Management.
- Produce analyses on the Group's workforce for HR and Business Leaders, as well as ad hoc analyses.
- Develop dashboards for data visualization.
- Manage the indicator database, comprising 30 monthly and over 100 annual indicators.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the reporting tool and participate in optimization and evolution projects.
- Support and assist the HR Reporting community of over 1,000 members.
- Create and produce materials to aid, raise awareness, and train contributors on various topics.
- Conduct webinars and training sessions for the community.
- Handle requests from contributors.
- Utilize HR data to analyze trends that inform decision-making.
- Pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in Business School or University.
- Interest in HR Data topics is required.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral proficiency in both English and French to thrive in a multicultural international environment.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.
