1. Consolidate and ensure the reliability of non-financial KPIs for monthly and annual reports.
2. Communicate and create materials for various stakeholders, including the Executive Committee, HR Directors, Maisons, and Top Management.
3. Produce analyses on the Group's workforce for HR and Business Leaders, as well as ad hoc analyses.
4. Develop dashboards for data visualization.
5. Manage the indicator database, comprising 30 monthly and over 100 annual indicators.
6. Ensure the smooth operation of the reporting tool and participate in optimization and evolution projects.
7. Support and assist the HR Reporting community of over 1,000 members.
8. Create and produce materials to aid, raise awareness, and train contributors on various topics.
9. Conduct webinars and training sessions for the community.
10. Handle requests from contributors.
11. Utilize HR data to analyze trends that inform decision-making.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in Business School or University.
2. Interest in HR Data topics is required.
3. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
4. Excellent written and oral proficiency in both English and French to thrive in a multicultural international environment.
5. Demonstrates rigor, curiosity, and attentiveness.
