1. Consolidate and ensure the reliability of non-financial KPIs for monthly and annual reports.
2. Produce analyses on the Group's workforce for HR and Business Leaders, including ad hoc analyses.
3. Communicate and deliver reports to various stakeholders including the Executive Committee, HR Directors, Maisons, and Top Management.
4. Process data for dashboards and spot analyses.
5. Manage the HRIS indicator database, supporting over 1,000 HR Reporting community members.
6. Ensure the proper functioning of the reporting platform, including user access management and data entry control.
7. Test system enhancements aimed at improving reporting systems.
8. Conduct masterclasses and e-learning modules to raise awareness about HR data and reporting.
9. Host webinars and training sessions to introduce users to the reporting tool.
10. Manage employee tickets via ServiceNow.
11. Utilize HR data to analyze trends that inform decision-making.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree (1 or 2) or equivalent in business school or university.
2. Strong interest in data manipulation.
3. Fluency in both written and spoken English and French.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
2. Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.
3. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
4. Excellent organizational and autonomous working abilities.
5. Impeccable presentation skills.
6. Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
