LVMH HR Reporting Apprentice

- Consolidate and ensure the reliability of non-financial KPIs for monthly and annual reports.
- Produce analyses on the Group's workforce for HR and Business Leaders, including ad hoc analyses.
- Communicate and deliver reports to various stakeholders including the Executive Committee, HR Directors, Maisons, and Top Management.
- Process data for dashboards and spot analyses.
- Manage the HRIS indicator database, supporting over 1,000 HR Reporting community members.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the reporting platform, including user access management and data entry control.
- Test system enhancements aimed at improving reporting systems.
- Conduct masterclasses and e-learning modules to raise awareness about HR data and reporting.
- Host webinars and training sessions to introduce users to the reporting tool.
- Manage employee tickets via ServiceNow.
- Utilize HR data to analyze trends that inform decision-making.
- Pursuing a Master's degree (1 or 2) or equivalent in business school or university.
- Strong interest in data manipulation.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and French.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent organizational and autonomous working abilities.
- Impeccable presentation skills.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
Pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
