1. Support the Global HR Manager and HR Team on talent development initiatives, including talent attraction, acquisition, onboarding, and learning & development.
2. Manage the recruitment process for interns and apprentices, from gathering needs to finalizing employment contracts.
3. Serve as the primary contact for recruitment-related inquiries for interns and apprentices.
4. Oversee the integration and community engagement of interns and apprentices, organizing events and communications.
5. Maintain and update headcount and recruitment trackers, and track training activities in collaboration with HRBPs.
6. Collaborate on talent development and learning projects, supporting program design and implementation.
7. Manage internal communications, including announcements and newsletters, and maintain HR content on internal platforms.

1. Enrollment in a business school, IEP, or equivalent university with a specialization in HR at the graduate level.
2. At least one relevant experience in HR.

1. Autonomous and proactive with a strong sense of rigor and organization.
2. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.

At least one relevant experience in HR is required.
