The People Experience team within the Human Resources Department is dedicated to enhancing employee engagement and optimizing the Group's appeal as an employer.

1. Coordinate the collection and monitoring of post-survey action plans from Maisons and Divisions.
2. Support the consolidation and dissemination of employee listening best practices across the Group.
3. Participate in pilot initiatives for employee listening.
4. Conduct research on external benchmarks and trends in employee engagement and listening practices.
5. Facilitate the HR Listening Community through digital events and collaborative activities.
6. Contribute to the planning and design of the 2026 Global Pulse Survey, including methodology and implementation processes.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
2. Initial experience in Human Resources or transformation projects, preferably in an international setting.
3. Interest in corporate culture development, including leadership, flexible working, and talent development.

1. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; basic French is advantageous.
2. Attention to detail and alignment with LVMH values: Creativity, Innovation, Excellence, and Entrepreneurial Spirit.
3. Comfortable with project management and change management.

Entry-level experience in Human Resources or transformation projects, ideally within an international environment.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
