LVMH HR Employee Listening & Transformation Intern

The People Experience team within the Human Resources Department is dedicated to enhancing employee engagement and fostering a thriving work environment across its Maisons and regions.
- Coordinate the collection and monitoring of post-survey action plans from Maisons and Divisions.
- Support the consolidation and dissemination of employee listening best practices across the Group.
- Participate in pilot initiatives for employee listening.
- Conduct research on external benchmarks and trends in employee engagement and listening practices.
- Facilitate the HR Listening Community through digital events and collaborative activities.
- Contribute to the planning and design of the 2026 Global Pulse Survey, including methodology and implementation processes.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business, university, or equivalent.
- Initial experience in Human Resources and/or transformation projects, preferably in an international context.
- Strong interest in corporate culture development, including leadership, flexible working, and talent development.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; basic French is advantageous but not required.
- Attention to detail and alignment with LVMH Group values: Creativity, Innovation, Excellence, and Entrepreneurial Spirit.
Beginner level experience in HR or transformation projects, ideally within an international environment.
Master's degree in progress from a business school or university.
