- Ensure comprehensive understanding and deployment of group definitions related to headcounts and HR KPIs.
- Consolidate and monitor monthly headcount and KPI evolution, providing analysis for HRD/Finance.
- Coordinate with Central Finance to ensure consistency in HR numbers.
- Serve as the focal point for Group HR Analytics, ensuring data quality for monthly reporting and annual social reports.
- Support budget and forecast phases.
- Conduct audits related to social data and assist HRD in analyzing HR processes.
- Prepare ad hoc presentations and analyses based on business needs.
- Evaluate and harmonize payroll processes, including potential outsourcing and project coordination.
- Map and analyze HRIS tools used by companies and support their implementation and usage.
- Advise local HR teams on process improvement and tool sharing.
- Ensure data quality and compliance with GDPR.
- Lead Group HRIS projects, ensuring the HR network is informed and trained.
- Gather local tool requirements and propose common solutions.
- Participate in additional Métiers d'Art projects as needed.
- Master's or University Degree in Management or Human Resources.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and structured, autonomous work style.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to create compelling presentations.
- Team-oriented with a supportive attitude towards the HR community.
- Proficiency in IT systems and advanced Excel skills.
A minimum of 5 to 8 years in HR, either in a generalist role seeking broader exposure or in a central HR systems/processes capacity.
Master's or University Degree in Management or Human Resources.
