1. Ensure comprehensive understanding and deployment of group definitions related to headcounts and HR KPIs.
2. Consolidate and monitor monthly headcount and KPI evolution, providing analysis for HRD/Finance.
3. Coordinate with Central Finance to ensure consistency in HR numbers.
4. Serve as the focal point for Group HR Analytics, ensuring data quality for monthly reporting and annual social reports.
5. Support budget and forecast phases.
6. Conduct audits related to social data and assist HRD in analyzing HR processes.
7. Prepare ad hoc presentations and analyses based on business needs.
8. Evaluate and harmonize payroll processes, including potential outsourcing and project coordination.
9. Map and analyze HRIS tools used by companies and support their implementation and usage.
10. Advise local HR teams on process improvement and tool sharing.
11. Ensure data quality and compliance with GDPR.
12. Lead Group HRIS projects, ensuring the HR network is informed and trained.
13. Gather local tool requirements and propose common solutions.
14. Participate in additional Métiers d'Art projects as needed.

1. Master's or University Degree in Management or Human Resources.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is preferred.

3. Team-oriented with a supportive attitude towards the HR community.
4. Proficiency in IT systems and advanced Excel skills.

A minimum of 5 to 8 years in HR, either in a generalist role seeking broader exposure or in a central HR systems/processes capacity.

Master's or University Degree in Management or Human Resources.
