1. Support recruitment activities for the Holding, including job posting and pre-selection of candidates.
2. Participate in campus recruitment initiatives and events organized by the Talent Acquisition Group.
3. Ensure accurate tracking of employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
4. Maintain consistency of information in HR systems.
5. Update HR reports and data regularly.
6. Assist in deploying group-wide processes such as training plans, recruitment plans, talent reviews, and annual salary increase campaigns.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/+5) in a relevant field.

3. Organized and enjoys teamwork.

5. Fluent in English.
