LVMH Head of Supply

- Manage the stock planning of new products and collaborate with product teams to ensure adherence to schedules.
- Organize transportation from suppliers, oversee receipt and logistical processing.
- Ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Proactively update and enrich the Airtable database with stocks purchased by Nona Source.
- Propose improvements for logistical processes.
- Optimize quality, cutting, and leather processes from a supply and logistics perspective.
- Guide suppliers in adhering to specifications.
- Supervise and develop a Supply and Logistics Coordinator, stationed one day a week at the warehouse near Tours.
- Manage stock accounting.
- Monitor the logistics and supply budget in collaboration with the Sales Operations Manager.
- Manage the upstream transport portfolio.
- Organize the annual student sale event.
- Ensure the proper functioning of information systems and support reporting tools such as Power BI and PIM.
- Engineering degree with experience in supply and logistics.
- Experience in the fashion or design industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Power BI.
- Dynamic, organized, and results-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration ability.
A minimum of 3 years in supply and logistics.
Engineering degree.
