LVMH Head of Operations

1. Lead and manage a team of six in logistics, transport, procurement, and product management.
2. Drive team engagement, development, and performance.
3. Establish and maintain operational reporting and key performance indicators (OKRs).
4. Ensure continuous improvement of operational processes and profitability.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers, including warehouses, transporters, fashion houses, photographers, and strategic partners.
6. Collaborate closely with project managers on the implementation of key transformation initiatives.
7. Oversee all product online operations, including upstream transport management, logistics processing, and product integration on the platform.
8. Manage and optimize inventory, warehouse operations, and logistics flows.
9. Negotiate and optimize transport costs and delivery timelines.
10. Coordinate downstream logistics services, including transport, customs, and pick-up.
11. Oversee the entire material procurement process.
12. Analyze product performance and contribute to offer optimization.
13. Enhance product traceability and improve environmental impact calculations.
14. Manage product online operations, including offer scheduling, product qualification on the PIM, pricing in line with commercial policy, visual production, and sample transportation to the showroom.
15. Ensure the quality of delivered products and services.

1. Minimum 7 years of operational experience, including substantial warehouse logistics experience.
2. Experience in a high-growth startup environment is advantageous.
3. In-depth knowledge of the leather/textile sector is a plus.

2. Proven team management experience with the ability to unite, motivate, and develop talent.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and a keen sense of negotiation.

5. Versatile in procurement, logistics, and product/quality knowledge.
6. Ability to make quick, informed decisions, prioritize, and assume responsibilities.
7. Dynamic, organized, and rigorous with a strong results orientation.
8. Calm and clear-headed under pressure, serving as a reliable pillar for the team.

Minimum 7 years in operations, with significant experience in warehouse logistics and preferably in a high-growth startup environment.
