LVMH Head of IT Operations

- Oversee partnerships with IT service providers, ensuring stability amidst recent partner changes.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes (incident, problem, request, change) across service providers.
- Manage and develop the ITSM ServiceNow platform.
- Coordinate IT process committees, including the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
- Propose continuous improvements to enhance operational quality, resilience, and incident resolution speed.
- Maintain operational readiness of infrastructure and applications, ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date documentation.
- Manage server/OS, database, and middleware obsolescence, regular patching, and vulnerability remediation.
- Ensure system backups and manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Handle production incidents, crises, and communicate effectively with end users and top management.
- Provide reporting on operational activities.
- Lead and coordinate internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration with other departments.
- Engineering degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a similar operational management role in a demanding environment.
- Strong general IT knowledge (Infrastructure/Cloud, Network, Applications) with a focus on Operations and architectural principles.
- Ability to manage a small internal team and oversee outsourced services with a partnership mindset.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and excellence.
- Pragmatic approach with strong rigor and adherence to key processes and organizational principles.
- Excellent teamwork skills in a matrix environment, with the ability to interact with application, technical, and security teams.
- Strong personal commitment and ability to support teams beyond mere delegation.
- Excellent organizational and synthesis skills.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Rigor and responsiveness.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar role managing IT operations in a high-demand environment.
Engineering degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
