LVMH Head of International Mobility

The Group Compensation & Benefits team plays a crucial role in supporting the Maisons with strategic HR initiatives, ensuring compliance and enhancing employee experiences across the globe.
- Define and manage the international mobility policy in alignment with the Group's overall strategy.
- Oversee the international mobility tracking tool and serve as the primary contact for Maisons on mobility issues.
- Stay informed of legislative and regulatory changes in international mobility and monitor market trends.
- Develop and implement compensation packages for expatriates, ensuring alignment with local and Group policies.
- Collaborate with the C&B team on package development and equity studies.
- Select and manage relationships with external service providers, including consulting firms and relocation agencies.
- Implement and negotiate new services for expatriates and their families, ensuring quality service delivery.
- Manage health, life insurance, and retirement plans for international assignees in collaboration with the Group Benefits Department.
- Oversee the Business Travel Accident program in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Master's degree in Tax Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in international mobility management, preferably within a law firm and an international group.
- Rigorous and organized approach to work.
- Strong customer service orientation and active listening skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and project-based environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptability and open-mindedness.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
A minimum of 15 years in international mobility management, ideally within a law firm and an international group.
Master's degree in Tax Law, Human Resources, or equivalent.
