As part of the Group Compensation & Benefits team, the Head of International Mobility plays a pivotal role in supporting the Maisons within the group, ensuring seamless international mobility processes that align with the company's strategic objectives.

1. Define and manage the international mobility policy in alignment with the Group's overall strategy.
2. Oversee the international mobility tracking tool and serve as the primary contact for Maisons on mobility issues.
3. Ensure compliance with international mobility regulations and stay informed on market trends.
4. Develop and implement expatriate compensation packages, collaborating with the C&B team.
5. Select and manage relationships with external service providers, including relocation agencies.
6. Manage health, life insurance, and retirement plans for employees on international assignments.
7. Oversee the Business Travel Accident program in collaboration with relevant departments.

1. Master's degree in Tax Law, Human Resources, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in international mobility management, ideally within a law firm and an international group.
