LVMH Head of International Mobility

- Define and manage the Group's international mobility policy in alignment with overall strategy.
- Oversee the international mobility tracking tool and serve as the primary contact for Maisons regarding mobility issues.
- Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory changes in international mobility and monitor market trends.
- Develop and implement compensation packages for expatriates, collaborating with the Compensation & Benefits team.
- Select and manage relationships with external service providers, including consulting firms and relocation agencies.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure the quality of services provided to expatriates and their families.
- Manage health, life insurance, and retirement plans for employees on international assignments.
- Oversee the Business Travel Accident program in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Master's degree in Tax Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in international mobility management, preferably within a law firm and an international group.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent customer service and active listening abilities.
- Proficient in teamwork and collaborative project execution.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptability and open-mindedness.
- Negotiation and influencing capabilities.
A minimum of 15 years in international mobility management, ideally within a law firm and an international corporate environment.
Master's degree in Tax Law, Human Resources, or equivalent.
