LVMH Head of International Mobility

1. Define and manage the Group's international mobility policy in alignment with overall strategy.
2. Oversee the international mobility tracking tool and serve as the primary contact for Maisons regarding mobility issues.
3. Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory changes in international mobility and monitor market trends.
4. Develop and implement compensation packages for expatriates, collaborating with the Compensation & Benefits team.
5. Select and manage relationships with external service providers, including consulting firms and relocation agencies.
6. Negotiate contracts and ensure the quality of services provided to expatriates and their families.
7. Manage health, life insurance, and retirement plans for employees on international assignments.
8. Oversee the Business Travel Accident program in collaboration with relevant departments.

1. Master's degree in Tax Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
2. Minimum 15 years of experience in international mobility management, preferably within a law firm and an international group.
