- Serve as a strategic partner to the Senior Management Team to lead and embed the people and culture strategy for LVMH Inc.
- Develop and align HR strategy with the business's roadmap and vision, driving the agenda through the LVMH Inc. culture.
- Design and implement a talent strategy for corporate employees, focusing on assessment, engagement, learning, leadership development, and retention.
- Ensure HR operational excellence by establishing robust processes for onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, recruitment, performance management, and compliance.
- Enhance performance management through a culture of open, continuous, and transparent feedback.
- Utilize people data, analytics, and technology to support talent attraction, management, development, and retention.
- Communicate effectively to drive awareness and engagement in talent and culture initiatives.
- Resolve employee relations issues in collaboration with the LVMH Inc. Legal Team, focusing on employee experience and well-being.
- Coordinate with LVMH Holding in Paris and key stakeholders to ensure a collaborative global approach and promote LVMH Inc.'s identity and successes in North America.
- Manage a budget for HR operational expenses, employee engagement, and learning initiatives.
- 10+ years of experience in executing and leading the HR/talent lifecycle within a complex, global organization.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity to operating within a global entrepreneurial environment.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to lead and influence senior leaders.
- Proficiency in people data, analytics, and HR technology.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong conflict resolution and employee relations skills.
- Professional maturity and executive presence.
Minimum 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles within complex, global organizations.
