1. Coordinate and participate in mobility committees for the Tech and Digital communities within the group.
2. Liaise and follow up on mobility initiatives with all HR representatives across the group.
3. Monitor and support interns, apprentices, and recent graduates in their career development and mobility projects.
4. Engage with emerging talents across various Houses to understand their career goals and guide them effectively within the group.
5. Track inter-House mobility and manage daily reporting on individual mobility cases and group HR reports.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/+5) in a relevant field.
2. Demonstrated interest in technology, digital sectors, and Human Resources.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Organized and enjoys teamwork.
5. Motivated to learn in a dynamic and challenging environment.
6. Fluent in English.

Entry-level position suitable for students or recent graduates.
