- Coordinate program and training logistics, collaborating with teams across EMEA, APAC, and the US.
- Provide administrative support for planning, scheduling, and delivering various training programs, workshops, and meetings.
- Assist Learning & Development teams on ad hoc projects.
- Support the team with presentation materials, proofreading, and editing.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas, directions, and tools for leadership and management programs.
- Analyze program data, including participant demographics and feedback surveys.
- Contribute to the improvement of leadership programs by identifying trends and recommending data-driven solutions.
- Develop and deliver presentations based on data insights to inform leadership program stakeholders.
- Collaborate with program directors to plan and execute communication strategies promoting LVMH House activities.
- Research, write, and publish content for internal stakeholders and the Group’s L&D and Talent Development community.
- Student in a Master's degree program in HR, organizational psychology, communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, with native proficiency preferred; French language skills appreciated.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical skills, particularly in data analysis.
- Excellent grammar skills with copy editing and proofreading experience.
- Proficiency in digital communication channels and tools such as intranets, LinkedIn, LumApps, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
- Technical proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint & Excel) and design programs (Canva, Adobe Premiere/Final Cut Pro X appreciated).
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Master's degree in progress in HR, organizational psychology, communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
