1. Develop, QA, and deploy email and SMS campaigns, segments, and customer journeys using marketing platforms.
2. Collaborate with external vendors and market partners to enhance personalization and dynamic content in email and SMS programs.
3. Coordinate with IT teams to oversee technical developments in CRM programs, including functional evolutions and automated campaign implementations.
4. Evaluate the effectiveness of engagement initiatives using KPIs such as engagement rates, customer feedback, and conversion metrics, and assess their impact on customer lifetime value.
5. Provide CRM support for Loyalty and Clientelling programs, including rollout, QA, iterations, and ongoing support.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5 years of professional experience in email and SMS marketing, or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience.
2. 1-2 years of experience in setting up campaigns, segments, and reports in marketing automation platforms such as Iterable, Adobe Campaign, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
3. Proven ability to set up and monitor complex journeys and triggers in marketing automation campaigns.
4. 3+ years of experience managing complex global projects.

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in email and SMS marketing, with significant experience in managing complex global projects.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

The target salary range is $100,000 to $135,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
