1. Coordinate the management of visuals and guidelines with photogravers.
2. Verify the compliance of visuals received from agencies.
3. Ensure communication between service providers and oversee the uploading of files to the server.
4. Transmit guidelines and rights dates to suppliers for online platform availability.
5. Upload high-definition guidelines to the internal platform.
6. Upload backlit visual masters.
7. Archive files on the server.
8. Distribute visual references as needed.
9. Receive and allocate quantities based on market needs.
10. Prepare DHL shipments.
11. Archive and classify references.
12. Execute visual communication guidelines and adapt specific framings upon request.
13. Create book variations based on pivot framings provided by agencies.
14. Propose framings according to country or internal service requests.

1. Enrolled in a School of Applied Arts or Graphic Design program.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
3. Understanding of the graphic chain and printing techniques.
4. Fluency in English.

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.

Compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progress.

The internship offers 6 paid leave days, access to the company restaurant, and potential recommendations for internal job applications.
