1. Support the Retail & Visual Merchandiser in daily tasks, collaborating with internal and external parties.
2. Develop and implement brand standards and guidelines across multiple countries in the Asia Pacific region.
3. Optimize sales and brand image by effectively utilizing resources in alignment with brand strategy and international guidelines.
4. Participate in store visits to evaluate and enhance visual merchandising effectiveness.
5. Prepare regional visual merchandising guidelines and briefs for external agencies.
6. Coordinate with suppliers for POSM production, delivery, and follow-up.
7. Design promotional materials based on marketing and retail briefs and guidelines.
8. Assist in the follow-up and coordination of marketing plans, including new launches and promotions.
9. Implement and monitor incentives, GWP, and samples at retail counters.
10. Support trade animation activities organized by the team.
11. Maintain databases for visual merchandising, POSM, video, and photo assets.
12. Assist in compiling monthly sales and results reports.
13. Manage expenses, including invoice processing and budget tracking.
14. Contribute to a transversal green project.

1. Graduate business or design student with strong administrative skills.
2. Ability to commit to a full-time internship from January 26 to June 26.
3. Proficiency in English is mandatory.

1. Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
2. Proficiency in MS Office.
3. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Attention to detail and diligence.

Beginner level experience in a related field is required.
