- Support the Retail & Visual Merchandiser in daily operations, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in developing and implementing brand standards and guidelines across multiple countries in the Asia Pacific region.
- Maximize sales and brand image by optimizing resources in alignment with brand strategy and international guidelines.
- Participate in store visits to analyze and assess visual merchandising effectiveness.
- Prepare regional visual merchandising guidelines and briefs for external agencies.
- Coordinate with suppliers for POSM production, delivery, and follow-up.
- Design promotional support based on marketing and retail briefs and guidelines.
- Follow up on marketing plans, including new launches and promotions, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Implement and monitor incentives, GWP, and samples at counters.
- Assist in organizing trade animation activities.
- Maintain databases for visual, POSM, video, and photo assets.
- Assist in compiling monthly sales and results reports.
- Monitor expenses, process invoices, and manage budgets.
- Contribute to a transversal green project.
- Graduate business or design student with strong administrative skills.
- Ability to commit full-time from January 26 to June 26.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
- Diligence and attention to detail.
Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideally with some exposure to retail or visual merchandising environments.
Graduate business or design student.
