LVMH Transport and Customs Manager

1. Manage all operations related to the import and export of goods, including planning, organizing, and optimizing national and international transport from the distribution center.
2. Establish and manage shipment documentation and resolve any transport or customs-related issues.
3. Coordinate international transport with purchasing, supply chain services, freight forwarders, and suppliers, ensuring stock continuity.
4. Ensure compliance with customs regulations, including monitoring customs clearance and controlling import and export declarations.
5. Determine tariff classifications and prepare monthly intra-community declarations.
6. Update various customs documents and manage disputes and returns.
7. Analyze claims and provide appropriate solutions to clients, ensuring the accuracy of contentious files with insurers.
8. Handle the return process from client request to physical product return.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Dynamic, rigorous, and organized with the ability to take initiative.
2. Proficiency in English.
3. Advanced knowledge of computer tools: WORD, EXCEL, and SAP.
4. Strong understanding of customs regulations and import-export procedures.
5. Familiarity with ADR, IMDG, and IATA regulations.
6. Expertise in Incoterms.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in transport and customs management or a related field.
