1. Manage all operations related to the import and export of goods, including planning, organizing, and optimizing national and international transportation from the distribution center.
2. Establish shipping documents and resolve any transportation or customs-related issues.
3. Coordinate international transportation with purchasing, supply services, freight forwarders, and suppliers to prevent stock shortages.
4. Ensure compliance with customs regulations, including monitoring customs clearance, controlling import and export declarations, and determining tariff classifications.
5. Prepare monthly intra-community declarations and update customs documents.
6. Analyze and resolve customer claims, ensuring the accuracy of contentious files with insurers.
7. Manage merchandise returns from customer requests to the physical return of products.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

1. Dynamic, rigorous, and organized approach
2. Ability to take initiative
3. Proficiency in English
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SAP
5. Strong knowledge of customs regulations and import-export procedures
6. Familiarity with ADR, IMDG, IATA regulations
7. Mastery of Incoterms

A minimum of 3 years of experience in transport and customs management is required.
