- Assist the Product Manager in implementing marketing strategies for Kenzo and Givenchy Parfums, with a focus on trade marketing.
- Support the development and execution of the trade marketing plan in alignment with the marketing plan and retailers' animation calendar.
- Lead the creation, coordination, and production of materials for Points of Sale and websites, ensuring alignment with brand image.
- Provide operational support and coordination for ad-hoc events and masterclasses.
- Compile a monthly report on competitor launches in Switzerland and Austria, including qualitative and quantitative data.
- Identify best practices from competitors to aid in future launch executions.
- Conduct regular store visits to gather insights and stay informed about the competition.
- Develop effective training tools for the retail team for each key launch.
- Organize online and on-site training events in collaboration with the retail team.
- Animate the e-learning community and implement the training plan on the dedicated app with innovative ideas.
- Ensure brand image consistency in Points of Sale by updating visuals for each launch.
- Supervise the listing of new products with key accounts.
- Create new planograms for all merchandising configurations.
- Support the retail team with day-to-day merchandising requests.
- Final year of a master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- First internship experience in Marketing or Retail, preferably within the luxury industry.
- Curiosity and passion for the beauty industry.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and lead projects autonomously.
- Rigorous, perseverant, and detail-oriented.
- Creative and innovative with strong attention to detail.
- Open communication and enthusiastic personality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French or German is advantageous.
First internship experience in Marketing or Retail, preferably within the luxury industry.
Final year of a master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
