- Update the Trade Plan for 2026.
- Assist in managing Trade operations and podiums for retail accounts, from supplier briefing to in-store implementation.
- Create marketing tools to support sales, including launch boxes and games.
- Develop CRM marketing tools such as mailings, flyers, emails, and SMS campaigns.
- Organize events, including masterclasses.
- Assist in the development of 360° plans, including presentations and taskforces.
- Prepare retail workshops during seminars, including presentations and logistics.
- Participate in the creation of Merchandising planograms using IWD software.
- Create and update product listing and delisting sheets.
- Support the development of communication recommendations.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and format trade tracking.
- Monitor consumer trends.
- Compile monthly reports.
- Master's level student in business school or university.
- Ideally, previous experience in project management.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong numerical aptitude, aesthetic sense, and attention to detail.
- Team spirit, rigor, organization, autonomy, creativity, and dynamism.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Passion for the luxury sector and the fragrance and cosmetics industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, NPD, and Sketchup is advantageous.
Entry-level, suitable for students with some project management experience.
Master's level student in business or related field.
Compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progress.
