- Assist in managing Trade operations and podiums for retail partners, from supplier briefings to in-store implementation.
- Create marketing tools to support sales, such as launch boxes and promotional games.
- Develop CRM marketing tools, including mailings, flyers, emails, and SMS campaigns.
- Organize and manage events, including masterclasses.
- Contribute to the development of 360° plans, including presentations and taskforces.
- Prepare for retailer workshops during seminars, handling both presentations and logistics.
- Participate in the creation of Merchandising planograms using IWD software.
- Create and manage product listing and delisting sheets.
- Support the development of communication recommendations.
- Conduct competitive analysis and trade tracking.
- Monitor consumer trends and prepare monthly reports.
- Master's level student in a business school or university program.
- Ideally, previous experience in project management.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Team spirit, rigor, organization, autonomy, creativity, and dynamism.
- Proficiency in multi-project management and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong affinity for the luxury and fragrance sectors.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop, NPD, and Sketchup is a plus.

Compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progress.
