- Assist the Trade Marketing & Event Manager in executing trade strategies for Kenzo and Givenchy.
- Develop point of sales animations to enhance brand image and sales in the BeLux region.
- Implement the semestrial trade plan to optimize brand image and sales results.
- Create communication tools for the sales team and points of sale in collaboration with the Trade Marketing Manager.
- Manage logistics, including the distribution of gifts and communication tools.
- Develop merchandising visibility with perfect execution and cost monitoring.
- Conduct supplier briefings in line with international guidelines and BeLux specificities.
- Optimize merchandising materials during trade marketing animations.
- Conduct store visits to ensure quality execution.
- Develop podiums and outposts to optimize space and sales impact.
- Brief suppliers for unique immersive experiences.
- Centralize resources for events, podiums, and outposts.
- Compile trade activity reports and summarize competitor best practices.
- Prepare 360° action plans for strategic launches.
- Graduate-level education in business, marketing, or communication.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Dutch is advantageous.
- Experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong analytical and synthesis mindset.
