- Lead the national Sales Development Team, ensuring operational excellence and consistent implementation of tools, training, and initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales & Retail to spearhead strategic projects and contribute to the development and performance management of the Sales Development Management (SDM) team.
- Coach and develop both new and existing team members, actively participating in onboarding processes and conducting regular field visits.
- Serve as the central liaison between field operations, headquarters, and relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee the sell-out performance of key stores in the Frankfurt metropolitan area, including Mannheim, Sulzbach, and Wiesbaden.
- Develop tailored action plans to boost sales, coordinate visual merchandising, and plan local activities in close collaboration with Trade Marketing.
- Manage and develop the local field team, coaching them to ensure exceptional brand presence.
- Analyze sell-out KPIs, derive actionable insights, and strategically drive regional success.
- Several years of experience in retail, field sales, or area management, preferably within the luxury or beauty sector.
- Experience in managing or coordinating teams, either functionally or in a project-based capacity.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with operational execution capabilities.
- Passion for sales, coaching, customer orientation, and brand presentation.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and a structured, solution-oriented work style.
- Proficiency in German and English, with strong skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness to travel extensively within Germany, particularly in the Rhine-Main area and key cities.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in retail or field management, ideally in the luxury or beauty industry.
