- Guide international markets in their operational marketing strategies to optimize brand Kenzo's launches and long-term development.
- Support headquarters teams by representing market perspectives to develop coherent and impactful marketing plans.
- Collaborate with headquarters teams (Marketing Development, Digital, Merchandising, Education, Business Analysis, Pricing, Supply Chain, Financial Control) to construct Kenzo Parfums projects, leveraging market expertise.
- Act as the primary liaison for markets, assisting in the daily operational implementation of the marketing plan.
- Develop effective presentations and communication tools for markets.
- Organize meetings to engage market communities and ensure brand priorities are understood and supported.
- Construct local activation plans with markets, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring brand guideline adherence.
- Assist and challenge markets in their forecasting processes.
- Manage product assortment with markets and International Marketing within the discontinuation committee.
- Handle specific market requests such as visual rights extensions, existing product reproductions, and exclusive set creations.
- Develop budgetary and launch guidelines to guide markets in their planning.
- Conduct quantitative (sell-in and sell-out sales, promotional weight) and qualitative analyses.
- Collect and analyze best practices from each market to develop post-launch reviews with optimization recommendations for future launches.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent university degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Operational Marketing, Marketing Development, or Business Development
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytical tools (Orion/Cube, Circana)
- Strong numerical and analytical expertise
- Result-oriented with strategic thinking capabilities
- Ability to anticipate and seize business opportunities
