- Develop and maintain a technical roadmap aligned with headquarters and local priorities.
- Conduct weekly quality assurance and bug checks across key website flows.
- Lead enhancement tickets with development agencies, including briefing, prioritization, user acceptance testing, and release validation.
- Monitor and enhance site speed and performance, focusing on Core Web Vitals.
- Manage tagging and pixel governance using Elevar and Google Tag Manager.
- Ensure accurate tracking of key events and conversions in Google Analytics 4.
- Coordinate SEO agency management and align with global SEO initiatives.
- Conduct continuous SEO audits and monitor Google Search Console for performance.
- Oversee feed management and ensure compliance with health standards.
- Manage website applications for optimal efficiency and oversee subscriptions and payments.
- Lead website enhancements and localize the global development roadmap.
- Manage website content uploads on Shopify Plus in alignment with the marketing calendar.
- Ensure timely product listing and pricing updates.
- Coordinate operations for order fulfillment, stock, and pricing execution in UAE and KSA.
- Oversee daily order fulfillment and manage returns in collaboration with warehouse and last mile teams.
- Forecast and manage stock replenishment for UAE and KSA, flagging risks proactively.
- Report on website performance and track monthly targets, including revenue, sales, and traffic.
- Manage budgets for development, SEO, and feed agencies, ensuring quality delivery and early risk identification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the digital or e-commerce sector.
- Proven track record in managing Shopify Plus and related digital tools.
- Proficiency in Shopify Plus, Elevar, GA4, GTM, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, particularly with external agencies and global teams.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital or e-commerce roles, particularly involving Shopify Plus and related tools.
