1. Compile and distribute the weekly Consolidated Newsround report.
2. Conduct analysis of temporary staffing needs and manage purchase orders for key events.
3. Assist in the preparation of internal presentations for retailer strategy and key internal meetings.
4. Evaluate the performance of key product launches and Christmas sales.
5. Prepare budget reports and trackers, ensuring accuracy.
6. Update distribution mapping by Area Manager.
7. Monitor temporary staffing retail performance by store and liaise with Area Managers to optimize outcomes.
8. Follow up on Parked List and resolve invoice queries.
9. Evaluate key launches for the second half of the year, ensuring wholesale targets are met.
10. Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved in alignment with forecasts.
11. Manage the distribution and follow-up of the Authorized Retail Agreement (ARA) forms.
12. Coordinate incentives to motivate sales consultants and staff.
13. Raise purchase orders for management and sales departments.
14. Assist with ad-hoc management requests.
15. Book shifts for temporary staff as per Area Managers' requests, ensuring budget adherence.
16. Liaise with temporary staffing agencies to resolve queries and monitor invoices against purchase orders.
17. Organize and prepare team meetings and training sessions.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP

Beginner level experience in a relevant field, preferably within the luxury industry.
