- Drive sales performance and market share for Kenzo & Givenchy within the designated territory by implementing tailored sales strategies.
- Regularly analyze KPI data to identify opportunities for sales optimization and develop actionable promotion strategies.
- Independently manage key client relationships, execute visual merchandising guidelines, and enhance brand presence at points of sale.
- Lead and develop a dedicated team of Beauty Consultants, contributing to their growth, motivation, and achievement of targets.
- Inspire the team to excel in sell-out performance by embodying brand values and demonstrating strong leadership.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Retail, Training, Trade Marketing, and Key Account, as well as store and regional managers of retail partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Several years of experience in retail or field sales, ideally within the luxury or beauty sector.
- Strong organizational skills and entrepreneurial mindset.
- High analytical competence.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Leadership experience with a passion for team development and motivation.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluent in German and English.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or field sales, preferably in the luxury or beauty industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
