- Implement and oversee the e-learning platform MyBeautyPlay.
- Fluency in Italian and English, with proficiency in French considered an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, preferably within the cosmetics or retail industry.
- Advanced understanding of training methods and strong experience in training delivery.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented with a focus on sales KPIs.
- Personal affinity with the brand and products, with expertise in fragrances.
- Agility to work effectively in a complex environment.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
