LVMH Fragrance Brands Retail Performance and Operations Project Manager

- Define and evolve quantitative and qualitative retail performance indicators.
- Implement relevant dashboards for various stakeholders including Global HQ, Local HQ, Area Managers, and Beauty Consultants.
- Support markets in understanding and utilizing performance indicators and dashboards.
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc retail performance analyses in collaboration with Business Analysis teams.
- Monitor market adoption of annual commercial animation plans, including product launches, training, and commercial objectives.
- Coordinate and support change management in deploying sales and customer service tools.
- Gather and address operational needs from market teams to enhance task efficiency, customer service, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with support functions to tailor guidelines to local retail team needs.
- Develop tools and processes to streamline retail operations and ensure issue escalation.
- Draft, update, and disseminate retail processes for back-office task management.
- Implement tools and processes to measure customer satisfaction and support markets in action plan development.
- Define in-store service policies based on store typologies and assess business relevance.
- Coordinate loyalty program deployment within retail teams and monitor KPI adherence.
- Support markets in implementing and utilizing clienteling tools.
- Centralize and structure market feedback to improve customer experience.
- Contribute to defining retail career paths and associated job descriptions.
- Assist in developing a compensation policy for retail staff.
- Relay training needs to headquarters for service, technical, and managerial skills.
- Create tools and guidelines for team animation and management rituals.
- Provide close and regular support to retail market contacts.
- Facilitate workshops or seminars to share best practices.
- Organize and participate in annual conferences.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in retail performance and operations within a cosmetic or luxury brand.
- Experience with a retailer is advantageous.
- Operational in-store experience is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strong adaptability.
- Organizational skills with pragmatic vision structuring.
- Business and results-oriented mindset.
- Analytical and synthetic thinking.
- Enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and tailor communication effectively.
- Proficiency in French and English; knowledge of Chinese, Arabic, or Spanish is a plus.
Minimum of 8 years in a similar role within the cosmetic or luxury industry.
Master's degree or equivalent.
