Retail Performance and Operations Project Manager

1. Define and evolve quantitative and qualitative performance indicators related to retail performance.
2. Implement relevant dashboards for various levels and stakeholders.
3. Support markets in understanding and utilizing performance indicators and dashboards.
4. Conduct regular and ad-hoc retail performance analyses.
5. Coordinate and support the deployment of sales and customer service tools.
6. Gather and address operational needs from market teams to enhance task efficiency and customer service.
7. Create and update retail processes for back-office task management.
8. Implement tools or processes to measure customer satisfaction and support markets in action planning.
9. Define in-store service policies based on store types and measure their business relevance.
10. Coordinate the deployment of loyalty programs within retail teams.
11. Contribute to defining retail career paths and associated job descriptions.
12. Provide feedback to headquarters on training needs tailored to operational requirements.
13. Create tools and guidelines for team management and engagement.

1. Bachelor's degree + 5 or equivalent.
2. At least 8 years of experience in retail performance and operations or equivalent in a cosmetics or luxury brand.
3. Experience with a retailer is a plus.
4. Operational experience in-store is a plus.
