Retail Performance Analyst

- Prepare monthly reports on point of sale performance to support the Sell Out team.
- Develop KPIs and propose improvement plans to sales supervisors.
- Monitor indicators such as average ticket, sales, services, and performance of point of sale animations.
- Present analyzed information to the commercial team with suggestions for action plans.
- Collaborate with the training area to promote team development actions.
- Graduate or near completion in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or Data Analysis.
- Analytical skills and data management.
- Teamwork, initiative, and autonomy in project management.
- Advanced level in Excel and Power BI.
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Experience, Retail Analyst, or Sales Analyst roles.
Graduate or near completion in relevant fields.
