- Organize in-store training sessions for advisors and specialists on brand universes.
- Support sales advisors in the sales process and provide sales assistance.
- Share sales tips with advisors.
- Provide feedback to training services based on field observations.
- Conduct promotional events and achieve set objectives.
- Ensure the proper upkeep of store presentation, including product arrangement, inventory management, and tester availability.
- Uphold the brand image with distributor teams through information and training.
- Engage and retain distributor teams to enhance sales performance.
- Act as a liaison between field operations and headquarters.
- Maintain ongoing competitive analysis.
- Propose and implement best practices.
- Degree from a business school or technical-commercial training related to the cosmetics industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, including itinerant sales roles or significant internships.
- Fluency in French and English; a third language is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license (B category).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong proposal-making ability.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A minimum of 3 years in a relevant field, including itinerant sales roles or significant internships.
Degree from a business school or technical-commercial training related to cosmetics.
