Regional Digital Manager

LVMH Fragrance Brands is a leading entity in the luxury perfumes and cosmetics sector, known for its prestigious brands and innovative approach to beauty. The company operates globally, with a strong presence in the Asia Pacific region.

1. Develop the digital strategy for the Asia Pacific region with an annual digital calendar covering all digital touchpoints.
2. Lead and manage all digital activations across different touchpoints, focusing on driving ROI through performance measurement.
3. Develop social media strategy including content creation and digital activations.
4. Ensure brand equity across digital and social media in the region.
5. Provide KPI sets and review performance with each local market.
6. Drive competition and industry social media watch.
7. Build and execute a comprehensive KOL strategy for local markets and travel retail.
8. Support local markets in KOL partnership execution.
9. Track performance and identify key KPIs to measure success of digital channels.
10. Support TR marketing team in developing and implementing digital initiatives in-store and drive to store.
11. Drive marketing campaigns with online activations and content to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
12. Ensure key visibility and branding on e-retailer platforms are updated.
13. Collaborate with TR retailers and area managers to drive E-business.
14. Lead media buy campaigns to drive sales conversion and traffic to E-Retailer.
15. Coach and mentor team members in the digital team.
16. Guide and support local market digital teams.
17. Lead digital/e-retail meetings for travel retail and digital topics in monthly meetings with local markets.
18. Monitor and report business results and campaigns across local markets and travel retail.
19. Manage digital and influencer A&P including budgeting and administrative duties.

1. University graduate, preferably in Business or Marketing related fields.
2. 8+ years of relevant regional experience in the beauty, luxury, or retail industry.
3. Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

1. Familiarity with social media platforms across APAC.
2. Experience in E-retail and E-commerce.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent time management, organizational, and project management skills.
5. Experience working with agencies, managing budgets, creative briefs, and project follow-up.
6. Strategic thinking with a proactive mindset.
7. Creative, self-motivated, capable of multi-tasking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum 8 years of relevant regional experience in the beauty, luxury, or retail industry. Experience in travel retail is a plus.

University graduate, preferably in Business or Marketing related fields.
