LVMH Fragrance Brands Regional Digital Manager

- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy for the Asia Pacific region, including an annual digital calendar.
- Lead and manage digital activations across various touchpoints, focusing on ROI and performance measurement.
- Create and oversee social media strategies, ensuring brand equity and performance review with local markets.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive KOL strategy for local markets and travel retail, tracking performance and optimizing investment.
- Support the TR marketing team with in-store digital initiatives and online activations to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Ensure visibility and branding on e-retailer platforms, collaborating with TR retailers to drive e-business.
- Lead media buy campaigns to enhance sales conversion and traffic to e-retailers.
- Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance to local market digital teams.
- Lead digital and e-retail meetings, monitoring and reporting business results and campaigns.
- Manage digital and influencer A&P budgeting and administrative duties.
- University degree, preferably in Business or Marketing.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Familiarity with social media platforms across APAC.
- Experience in e-retail and e-commerce.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and project management skills.
- Experience working with agencies, managing budgets, and creative briefs.
- Strategic thinking with a proactive mindset.
- Creative, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 8 years of relevant regional experience in the beauty, luxury, or retail industry, with travel retail experience being advantageous.
University degree, preferably in Business or Marketing.
