LVMH Fragrance Brands Regional Digital Manager

- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy for the Asia Pacific region, encompassing all digital touchpoints and aligning with brand priorities.
- Lead and manage digital activations across various platforms, focusing on ROI and performance measurement.
- Craft and oversee social media strategies, ensuring brand equity is maintained across digital channels.
- Develop and execute a KOL strategy for local markets and travel retail, partnering with local teams and agencies to optimize marketing and media spend.
- Support the Travel Retail marketing team in executing digital retailtainment initiatives and driving store traffic.
- Ensure optimal visibility and branding on e-retailer platforms, collaborating with TR retailers and area managers to enhance e-business.
- Lead media buy campaigns to increase sales conversion and traffic to e-retailers.
- Mentor and guide team members, including one subordinate and one intern, and support local market digital teams.
- Conduct digital and e-retail meetings, monitor business results, and manage digital and influencer budgets.
- University degree in Business or Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant regional experience in the beauty, luxury, or retail industry.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Familiarity with social media platforms across the Asia Pacific region.
- Experience in e-retail and e-commerce.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and project management abilities.
- Strategic thinking with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive deadlines.
A minimum of 8 years of relevant regional experience in the beauty, luxury, or retail industry, with experience in Travel Retail considered advantageous.
University degree in Business or Marketing or related field.
