Responsibilities
- Develop the digital strategy for the region with an annual digital calendar covering all digital touchpoints.
- Lead and manage all digital activations across different touchpoints, focusing on driving ROI through performance measurement.
- Develop social media strategy including content creation and digital activations.
- Ensure brand equity across digital and social media in the region.
- Provide KPI sets and review performance with each local market.
- Drive competition and industry social media watch.
- Build and execute a comprehensive KOL strategy for local markets and travel retail.
- Track performance and identify key KPIs to measure success of digital channels.
- Support TR marketing team in developing and implementing digital initiatives in-store and drive to store.
- Ensure key visibility and branding on e-retailer platforms are updated.
- Collaborate with TR retailers and area managers to drive E-business.
- Coach and mentor team members in the digital team.
- Lead digital/e-retail meetings for travel retail and digital topics in monthly meetings with local markets.
- Monitor and report on business results and campaigns across local markets and travel retail.
Qualifications
- University graduate, preferably in Business or Marketing related fields.
Skills
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Familiarity with social media platforms across APAC.
- Experience in E-retail and E-commerce.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and project management skills.
- Experience working with agencies, managing budgets, creative briefs, and project follow-up.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset.
- Creative, self-motivated, capable of multi-tasking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience Requirements
8+ years of relevant regional experience in the beauty, luxury, or retail industry. Experience in Travel Retail is a plus.
Education Requirements
University graduate, preferably in Business or Marketing related fields.
