LVMH Regional Business Controller

- Partner with regional leadership and local general managers to provide financial analysis and support strategic decision-making.
- Identify and assess business risks and opportunities, translating them into actionable recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and controls across the region.
- Oversee and guide local controllers in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices and standardized financial processes across the region.
- Mentor junior team members both regionally and locally.
- Ensure overall financial control and reporting for the Asia Pacific region, including export and local market businesses.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes for all markets within the Asia Pacific region.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly financial closings and reporting for the region.
- Oversee allocation and monitoring of regional overhead costs.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support business decision-making.
- Conduct regular reviews of financial performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Prepare presentations and reports for regional and global management.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional finance-related projects.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in finance or business control.
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP, Cognos Powerplay, or other financial systems.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other Asian languages is advantageous.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or business control, ideally within the luxury or beauty sector.
