LVMH Regional Business Controller

1. Partner with regional leadership and local general managers to provide financial analysis and support strategic decision-making.
2. Identify and assess business risks and opportunities, translating them into actionable recommendations.
3. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and controls across the region.
4. Oversee and guide local controllers in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
5. Lead the development and implementation of best practices and standardized financial processes across the region.
6. Mentor junior team members both regionally and locally.
7. Ensure overall financial control and reporting for the Asia Pacific region, including export and local market businesses.
8. Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes for all markets within the Asia Pacific region.
9. Ensure accurate and timely monthly financial closings and reporting for the region.
10. Oversee allocation and monitoring of regional overhead costs.
11. Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support business decision-making.
12. Conduct regular reviews of financial performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
13. Prepare presentations and reports for regional and global management.
14. Lead and participate in cross-functional finance-related projects.

1. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in finance or business control.
2. Proven leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Experience with SAP, Cognos Powerplay, or other financial systems.
5. Fluency in English; proficiency in other Asian languages is advantageous.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or business control, ideally within the luxury or beauty sector.
