1. Develop long-term launch forecasts through market and brand analysis, sell-in unit estimation, and presentation to the sales team.
2. Update sheets with new product development information at both market and brand levels.
3. Analyze figures for sell-in and sell-out, preparing monthly business review reports for headquarters in France.
4. Conduct market studies with a focus on competitors in the luxury beauty sector.
5. Monitor competition regarding category events, market evolution, trends, and competitor activities, contributing to the marketing plan.
6. Organize internal events for brand launches and emblematic days.
7. Design and manage sell-in tools for Key Account Managers and Ground Product Visuals.
8. Design and manage sell-out tools for Beauty Consultants at the point of sale.
9. Coordinate internal communication between departments in Spain and headquarters.
10. Manage quotas and control Efast updates and follow-up.
11. Update local rates and monitor budgets for various actions.
12. Create and extend supplier relationships.

1. Degree in Business Management or Masters
2. Fluent in Spanish and English (minimum C1 level)
3. Possibility to sign an agreement with the university for a minimum of 6 months

2. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
3. Good communication skills
4. Dynamic and quick learner
5. Proficiency in Office 365, especially Excel

Previous experience in sales is valuable, though not mandatory.
