- Develop strategic marketing plans for the fragrance franchise, focusing on international, digital, and consumer-centric approaches.
- Lead product conceptualization and development, including formula, packaging, pricing, and profitability, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure coherence in 360-degree product launch elements, including POS materials, training, communication, digital, and consumer experience.
- Identify growth opportunities by analyzing product performance, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Manage and proactively oversee the allocated budget for the department.
- Create and deploy creative and brand-aligned animation concepts in collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Oversee the development of promotional gift sets and Art of Gifting elements, from brief to market launch, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced degree (Master's level, such as a business school degree or equivalent).
- Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in luxury product marketing, ideally within the fragrance industry, excluding internships or apprenticeships.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Creativity and trend awareness with a strong aesthetic sensibility and affinity for fashion and the arts.
- Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to develop long-term plans.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills.
A minimum of 3 years of confirmed experience in international luxury product marketing, preferably in the fragrance sector.
Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
The position offers the flexibility of remote work up to two days per week, along with opportunities for career advancement within the LVMH group.
