- Contribute to the development of strategic marketing plans for the fragrance line.
- Lead the conceptualization and development of products, including formulation, packaging, pricing, and profitability, while liaising with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure the coherence and development of 360-degree elements supporting product launches, including point-of-sale materials, training, communication, digital, and consumer experience.
- Identify growth opportunities by analyzing product performance, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Manage and proactively oversee the budget allocated to the department.
- Advanced degree (Master's level, preferably from a business school or equivalent).
- Proven experience of 4 to 5 years in international luxury product marketing development, ideally in the fragrance sector.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Creativity and trend awareness with a strong aesthetic sensitivity.
- Strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to develop long-term plans.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills.
A minimum of 3 years of confirmed experience in international luxury product marketing development, preferably in the fragrance industry.
Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Hybrid working model with up to two days of remote work per week.
