LVMH Packaging Workshop Manager

- Oversee packaging operations to ensure product availability in compliance with safety, quality, cost, and timeline standards.
- Drive continuous performance improvement towards operational excellence within the defined factory progress framework.
- Ensure product quality by adhering to GMP standards, specific requirements, and hygiene procedures.
- Manage a team of 60 operators, including team organization, personnel development, and career path facilitation.
- Ensure production schedule adherence in collaboration with the planning service.
- Lead the workshop's progress initiatives by managing daily SQCD indicators and continuous improvement projects (5S, TPM, SMED, zero defects, etc.).
- Participate in the unit's budget management, including budget preparation, investment planning, and cost standard establishment.
- Ensure compliance with environmental guidelines and hygiene and safety regulations.
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools.
- Strong adaptability in a dynamic environment.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of team management experience in a production environment is required.
Engineering degree or equivalent.
