- Ensure brand image consistency for Givenchy and Kenzo across European and African markets by adhering to corporate guidelines.
- Provide tailored recommendations to meet market needs and align with objectives and budgets.
- Collaborate closely with international teams and support the Marketing department in monthly analyses and reporting.
- Validate all trade and visual merchandising animations based on corporate guidelines.
- Define planograms and oversee local execution.
- Collect and compile launch and animation reports from various countries, including photos, videos, and results.
- Create launch reports and newsletters.
- Prepare analysis files and actively participate in market re-challenge processes.
- Manage digital assets and pre-validate posts.
- Pre-validate influencer profiles and gather launch and animation reports from countries.
- Coordinate and provide operational support for internal meetings, seminars, and conventions.
- Support the team with product orders, point-of-sale materials, beauty boxes, ad hoc requests, model loans, data extractions, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field (Bac+4/5).
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organized, diligent, motivated, and a strong team player.
- Interest in the luxury sector, particularly in perfumes and cosmetics.
- Previous significant experience in Marketing is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and able to take initiative.
- Adaptability in an international context.
No prior experience required, though previous marketing experience is beneficial.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
Monthly stipend ranging from €1,300 to €1,400, depending on academic progression.
