- Ensure brand image adherence for Givenchy and Kenzo by following corporate guidelines.
- Provide market-specific recommendations aligned with objectives and budgets.
- Assist international teams and support the Marketing department with monthly analyses and reporting.
- Validate trade and visual merchandising animations as per corporate guidelines.
- Define planograms and oversee local execution.
- Collect and analyze launch and animation reports from various countries.
- Prepare launch reports and newsletters.
- Manage digital assets and pre-validate social media posts.
- Pre-validate influencer profiles and track launch reports.
- Coordinate and provide operational support for internal meetings, seminars, and conventions.
- Support the team with product orders, POS materials, and ad hoc requests.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent university program, pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5).
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organized, diligent, motivated, and a strong team player.
- Interest in the luxury sector, particularly in perfumes and cosmetics.
- Previous significant experience in Marketing is advantageous.
- Ability to deploy a 360 operational marketing plan.
- Initiative-taking capabilities.
- Strong integration skills.
- Teamwork proficiency.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
- Agility and interpersonal skills in an international context.
No prior experience required, although a significant marketing internship is beneficial.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or related field.
Compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progression.
The internship includes 6 paid leave days, access to the company restaurant, and eligibility for a recommendation for internal job applications or the International Program, GLOW. Interns join a vibrant community, participate in an integration seminar, network with peers, receive HR coaching workshops, and are mentored by a senior buddy.
