- Collaborate on the development of 360° Marketing plans, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and market adaptation.
- Serve as the primary contact for international markets to address marketing inquiries and uphold brand image across offline and online platforms.
- Monitor and collect launch and activation reports from various countries, including photos, videos, and performance results.
- Conduct analysis of product launches, market trends, competitive landscape, and retail challenges, consolidating these insights into comprehensive reports.
- Coordinate and support the marketing team with product orders, mock-up loans, data extractions, and internal meeting and event logistics.
- Enrollment in a business school or equivalent, at a master's level (Bac+4/5).
- Previous significant experience in marketing.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organized, diligent, motivated, with a strong team spirit.
- Affinity for the luxury sector, particularly in fragrances and cosmetics.

Candidates should have prior significant experience in marketing, even at an entry level.
Currently pursuing a master's degree in business or a related field.
Internship compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progression.
Interns receive six paid leave days, access to the company restaurant, and potential recommendations for internal job applications. Participation in the GLOW International Program is possible. The internship includes integration seminars, networking opportunities, HR coaching workshops, and mentorship from a senior buddy.
