- Inspire and lead a team of over 200 field staff and retail managers to maintain high engagement and productivity levels.
- Assess team performance through retail indicators and mastery of brand relational signatures.
- Develop talents through personalized education paths, training sessions, and career discussions.
- Implement and monitor an omnichannel retail strategy and growth roadmap.
- Integrate merchandising and assortments in physical stores and e-retail sites for a unified customer journey.
- Define and monitor sell-out, rankings, and market share targets to gain market share.
- Establish and onboard retail teams on relevant KPIs.
- Monitor customer feedback and ensure compliance with global brand guidelines.
- Manage headcount, salaries, incentives, and travel budgets.
- Conduct monthly business reviews with retail and buyers' teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including HR, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, and Logistics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in retail management within luxury beauty or similar sectors.
- Strong interpersonal skills to motivate diverse teams and manage performance.
- Ability to bridge social barriers and build genuine connections with large retail teams.
- Adaptability under pressure.
- Strategic and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and presentation skills.
- Expertise in luxury retail environments.
- Ambitious, outgoing, and customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and PowerBi.
- Native Spanish, proficiency in English, French is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years in retail management within luxury beauty or similar sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Hybrid working mode with the opportunity to travel to points of sale, both within and outside Mexico City, up to 50% of the time. Occasional weekend travel may be required.
